A Difficult Decision

First version:

I chose about describe a difficult decision to make, and what I was thinking about when I make it. The TOEFL test and a Coming my home town, which was very difficult when I decision because they could be design my life in the future.
The TOEFL test was very hard to choose the date of the test because you weren’t able to know about a happen before you book a date of you test. For example, I chose November 5, 2011, and I thought that I could take the bus to there, on the other hand I thought about the best way, who found someone pick me up to there. Afterwards, I came home and asked my family to take me. Unfortunately, No one had free time in that day. I was so nervous to take the bus to there because the test will start at 8.00 a.m. Finally, I thought that if I go to Thailand, I could take this test as well, and I will have a little time to prepare myself, and now I chose to test in Thailand already.
A Coming my home town was very hard to decision as well because I have adjusted to this country already, but my home town in Thailand have had problems; moreover, they didn’t have enough to send to me to study in here. I might be homesickness at that time or culture shock as well. If I had enough money to stay here, I would have done it.
In conclusions, the TOEFL test and a Coming my home town, which was very difficult to decision for me, and I took long time to think about it very carefully. Someone in my family hasn’t agreed me to do anything I showed you. If you help me paid tuition of school and picked me up, I will stay and take the test here.

Edit version:

I chose to describe a difficult decision to make, and what I was thinking about when I made it. The TOEFL test and coming back to my home town, which was very difficult when I made the decision because they could design my life in the future.
It was very hard to choose the date of the TOEFL test because you weren't able to know about an event before you book the date of your test. For example, I chose November 5, 2001, and I thought that could take the bus there, and on the other hand I thought about the best way to find someone pick me up there. Afterwards, I came home and asked my family to take me. Unfortunately, no one had free time that day. I was so nervous taking the bus there because the test would start at 8.00 a.m. Finally, I thought that if I went to Thailand, I could take this test as well, and I will have a little time to prepare myself, and now I chose to test in Thailand.
My home town was very hard to decide for coming as well because I have adjusted to this country already, but my home town in Thailand has problems; moreover, they didn't have enough money sending me to study here, I might be homesick at that time or experience culture shock as well. If I had enough money to stay here, I would have done it.
In conclusions, the TOEFL test and a my home town, which was very difficult to decide for me, and I took a long time to think about it very carefully. Someone in my family hasn't agreed with me about the things I wrote here. If I have someone helped me pay school and picked me up, I would stay and take the test here.

The SongKarn Festival

Introduction:
If you think The New Year Festival in Thailand is the same other countries, You will be wrong.
Body:
It starts from 13 to 15 April. As a result, We have a long vacation may be four or five days. Most people usually come back home to their province ,who will throw water on each other on streets or sidewalks as well as we always have a parade in the afternoon and  beauty contest at night. We will cook and  eat  food with our cousins such as  “Tom Yum Kong”, which is a spicy food and it must have shrimps. Most people in the world like to visit this festival because they like to throw water on the streets. The Khao San Road and Si Lom are very popular in Bangkok.
Conclusion:
Now, this festival is very different if I compare in the past. Girls wore a short pants and underwear throw water. In my opinion, we have to wear a formal coats and polite playing.
